So I get this e-mail last night from a guy who lives a couple hours away. He tells me he'll be in Nashville in a month or so to shoot a music video and wants my car, along with other Nashville cars, to be in it for a race scene type shoot. It'll have an 01 Eclipse Spyder painted Vette Yellow and whatever cars I can round up (looking at a red evo, blue intercooled WRX, my car, and my cousin's Mitsu Galant.

Anyways... anyone ever heard of them? The music video will be for "What Have You Done"

If U find out how popular the band is and how often the video will be played you can use it to get sponsors, they give you a part in exchange for a decal on your car.

This is the first music video this guy has done, but will have veterans helping him out it sounds like. "Shoe string budget" he said, so no money, just fun and hanging out which is fine with me.

well I'm not too up-to-date on the genre of music they would be involved in. Just throwing some guesses out.
Never heard of "Trip Hop" but since their album is Tripnotize then sounds like a possibility

I'm always listening to the Electronica spectrum on XM, and I've never heard of them. If they contacted you through Cardomain, I'd say they are probably some new, young group, wanting to get a cheap easy video made. Go for it man.

get a confirmation letter including the date and take it to a potential sponsor and get something out of it lol.

well by looking at their MySpace page, people are telling them to stay underground and stuff like that. I'm guessing they're a big group in the local scene somewhere
