If she quit her job after signing the postnup "prenup" (planning to live on his income + the prenup), OR if the "prenup" was more than 1/2 their combined value @ the wedding (meaning it was an improvement from when they married), I say give her the smaller amount.

The things I could do to my Hyundai with that kind of cash.

I'd probly make some sort of futuristic car with huge wheels on the sides that stick out way far and are tall as the car with my Tib.
