The joke was that you know a credible source for providing proof of weather or not something is real (snopes), yet you still believe in the Bible. (the joke I'm making is that it isn't)

That is why I didn't get it. Snopes proves something is real or not, we all know the Bible is real. Snopes doesn't nor can prove a belief, as it is a belief that what it says is true. I still find it as a fail of a joke.

You're right, you don't get it. What you are failing to understand is that Snopes proves NOTHING. Snopes is as reliable a source as, and as unbiased, as Wikipedia. If you take Snopes as the final word on any subject, you are a sucker.
