I personally plan on making my tib fast and making a statement for other RD out there in the tuner scene.
Right now in the NW, an RD is basically a girlie car with potential. I have made my mark on some Gk owners (they saw the wrath of my RD closing in on their side view mirrors....) and now it's time to show everyone what the Rd can do.
btw, everyone else should make their car fast for cheap. Fast=fun and only losers don't like fun. Buy Nitrous kit NOw and get 3 rd points! Install on car for 5+ rd points. woo hoo j/k

I just want everyone to be fast now!!! If you're getting a turbo by the end of the year, then great, but if not, just get a nitrous kit until then. That's what I did. The Tib has been out for too long to not have any that are quick.
Think about it this way. You can buy an NX kit for $300 used on ebay. You use it until you get the turbo kit. Then you resell it back on ebay for what you payed!!! You lose nothing.

I don't drag race the car, so basically the point of having N2o for me is moot; that and it will not get through scrutineering for the lapping sessions. That and I simply don't like it. Someone did sneak N20 past the officials before, he was a complete beast on the straights but the turns pretty much negated the advantage of using N20; we'd reel him back in and after about 17 laps he ran out of the stuff. i never really thought about it before, but after reading all of this i think i might get it. i dont think i would need the power that often but i wouldnt need all the power from a turbo either. this is a cheaper option and will do the trick for me, now i just need to find a nitrous kit. smile.gif
