Default single, progressive, or stages

Wondering about peoples preferences are?
I like the idea of progressive due to a being natural increase in power should help with traction, and bottom end stress loads.
Progressive I have heard can be hard on solenoids, so stage systems might be a good compromise.
On the other hand the quickest et's come from putting down as much power as quickly as possible.
Progressive can be finely tuned via stages, rpm and time strategies.
Depending on the type of racing quickest et may not be best over consistency and traction reliability.
So can people chime in on their preferences, and experiences.

Go with single stage. You don't want to hit the nitrous until you get to at least 4k rpm. Your car should provide enough power to spin the wheels in first gear anyways. Unless you do some serious upgrades to tire width, a stage system will not benefeit you.

Once I get past the launch in my car, I don't have any problems with traction. After I fully engage my clutch, I depress the gas to the last 1/10th of the pedal throw to start the nitrous flow. I think I get a pretty good launch that way.
