Bought a used nitrous kit last weekend for a good price. All of the hoses, lines, solenoids and jets are brand new. The bottle is almost 10 years old though. Is this safe to use or should I scrap it and buy a brand new one?

It may be safe, but it's not legal to carry in your car until you get it hydro tested and certified. Any pressurized tank needs to be retested every 5 years to be legal for transport.
