I would think 75-shot is pushing it with the stock fuel system because the bolt-ons are getting the engine to flow more free. If your going to run a 75, I would recommend slightly larger injectors and slightly larger pump (I still don't know the LPH of the stocker...). I'm not a wizard on Hyundais, but I would think the 2.4L Sonatas come with larger injectors. I think they are 240CC and stock Tibby's have 190CC. Most parts like these are interchangeable on manufacturers.

Just to correct you, stock tiburon injectors are 245cc at 43psi, and sonata injectors are rated 290cc at 43psi.

Thanks for the info on the injectors. Was figuring 240cc would be enough for 75-shot... 190CC must be Alpha injectors or something, swear I saw that somewhere before.

Dunno about that. Not too many "medium" modified 03-04 Inline 4s. Either they got them so it would be cheap and won't modify them much, or they bought them to slap a turbo on it and are putting like 330 or 550cc injectors anyway.
