Nitrous + megasquirt = good combo?

Go with a wet shot. You will not need to worry about it as most wet shots are self regulated, the ECU does not realize that anything different is happening.
The megasquirt has a pretty nice control system for nitrous.

I'm sure it does! I'm just saying that the ZEX wet sho. Is self controlled/regulated. This means you can at least blame zex if it dosent work right. With megasquirt control, that's one more thing that you have to check each time you do a tune. Most wet shot kits are simply plug and play. If you go through megasquirt, you may be able to tune the results just as easy, however you are relying in your ability to do the tuning. With zex you just choose two nozzles for the nitrous injector from a table.
The only way I'd hook it up is like a window switch so that it would turn on the nitrous at a certain rpm range and throttle position. I would never recommend using dry shots unless you want tuning headaches and heartaches.
