nitrous in the lines, how long should it stay?

Ideally it shouldn't leak at all. Practically I would not be surprised to see pressure somewhat less after a few days, especially with dramatic temperature changes over that time.
(this from someone who used to work with various deadly gases which we were very sure never, ever leaked)
