Okay so most ppl have seen the Nitrous/Co2 sprayer bars on intercoolers used to cool the intercooler way down and superfreeze the intake charge resulting in denser air and more combustion if you havent heres a couple sights to buff up on the topic at hand

The weight gained from the kit during daily driving would counteract the purpose. Unless all you care about is that quarter mile time, it would just be a fancy addition. We use CO2 for freezing warts in the medical field. It does not take much, but when you are outright spraying for an area coverage, it takes mass quantities. I'd say it would work, but water or windshield washe fluid is much more cost effective and requires no special handling.

You could spray the equivelant of a 150 shot over your radiator and get maybe 10hp?
Or, you could spray a 25 shot in your intake to cool it down just as much, and gain like 35hp.
I'm just throwing out estimated numbers, but you get the idea. Which sounds much cheaper?

not over the radiator over the intercooler but you get the idea its to super freeze the charged air going through the ic and nitrous in the motor still scares me sad.gif and this isnt a drag car either so if you get caught with an active bottle=trouble
i love how people are willing to turbo there car...but are afraid to run nitrous
NITROUS DOESNT HURT ANYTHING AT ALL RUNNING LEAN DOES HELL ITS NOT EVEN FLAMMABLE
if you are turboed you SHOULD have a wideband anyways

How to make it happen:
buy a nitrous purge kit, route the purge to the intercooler. Change the fittings to fit a co2 bottle and then fill up the tank for around 50 per bottle and waste $200 plus $40 per fillup.
Or:
pick up a windshield washer sprayer from the junk yard and route lines the same way from your washer tank and save a Ton. Water is nearly free and while not quite as effective, still works well. This system is used on 2003 and below Mitsu Evoloutions. After 2003 it is automatic based on intake charge temp.

i dont want a puddle of water like those half ass subbies on youtube and have ppl thinking my cars leaking coolant and nitrous or co2 would be way colder than water and i didnt mean afraind to do a nitrous shot but itd be pointless bc i dont go to the track and its illegal to have a bottle in the car on an active line so thats why i said co2 which is nearly as cold and would have equal effects not to mention its like 4 bucks to get a refill at a paintball store so thats no problem good advice on the water thing but id like to know how to get this system with co2
