i might be buying my friends nitrous kit and was wondering how much does it cost to fill a bottle? its a 10 pound bottle and im only putting in a 45 shot. how long will a full bottle last? i think it has a bottle heater to keep its pressure maintained.

 

It ran me around $30 to fill up my bottle, but its different for everyone because different shops charge different amounts. Theres alot of factors involved, like how often you use it, bottle temperature, and if you purge the lines alot. A bottle can last you a month, and then there are times where it could last you a day. Just depends on how trigger happy you are. wink.gif

It depends on where you live, it can be $80 for a 10lb bottle or as cheap as $35. At 45hp you will have about 3 full minutes of nitrous use.

 

Hmm don't know anything about nitrous didn't know it was so expensive. Wouldn't you be better just to save up and get him a turbo kit first? Unless he already has that. Especially if he drives a civic you can find turbo kits real cheap.
