Bad to leave nitrous bottle open all the time??
Does it affect bottle pressure, solenoids, or the nitrous itself?
I usually leave the bottle open 24/7..... wondering if it's a good idea to leave it closed? (just a hassle since i dont have a remote opener) |
Only a problem if your system leaks, or it's illegal where you drive.

I wouldn't trust the solenoids to not leak overnight.. filling your intake manifold with the stuff. Might make for an interesting first start in the morning.

But pressure wouldn't reduce at all, that is one of the 'maigcal' properties of N2O, it is a liquid, as long as some is left, it is ~800psi (depending on temperature). The second you use some liquid, the rest boils off and re-pressurizes it to 700-1000psi. |
I don't think you ever want the tank completely empty (vented to the atmosphere) or you cannot get it completely full when refilling.
