i used my magnetic drain plug from my beta I oil pan on my beta II oil pan.

So, maybe I'm being a dickwad when I ask this, but what's the difference between this and the stocker? Mine is magnetic. I think it's stock. How much more powerful if at all is this one then the stocker?

Stock is not magnetic. So the benefit obviously is to be magnetic. Stock is a regular bolt pretty much and these have the magnet on the end. Possible a dealer put it in or someone who owned it before you.

now that i think of it, i dont know if it was just cuz the drain plug was at bottom, but when i FIRST did my turbo install, there was some lil pieces of metal on my STOCK drainplug, but i dont think it was magnetic.

things like that can become slightly magnetized under weird conditions.
