Heya guys
Ive read this forum for a long time and just recently became a member. Ive always been a hyundai guy, despite living next to a GM city (4 plants in one town). In high school I drove a 93 Elantra 4door, I drove her right into the ground and got my 1998 Silver Tib, and just recently I tucked her away in the garage for the winter and started driving my 1998 accent L. I have a whole pile of weird and wonderful ideas for the Tib over the winter, including, but not limited to a full stainless engine back exhaust system, my old one is starting to come apart and it has been patched a couple of time, so I get to write this one off as the "responsible" thing to do. Im cleaning up the trunk a little bit, im sure you will see a post on this. Im putting in another deck, (the old one went to the accent) along with an amp and aftermarket speakers. I have an idea of making a FG gauge pod and putting in a whole whack of gauges. Im already running on 17 MSRs with Nexen Z rated rubber, which are awesome tires, and i threw in brembo drilled rotors (in the back, stupid compound rotors, your see a post on this too). My car is far form being a show car right now, I live out in the sticks and I put a lot of milage on her, like 70k in a year and a half, and I have hit enough animals to fill an ark, i hit a raccoon the size of a german shepard the day I bought the car, literally driving it home, and i took it right in the front end. My tib and I made a trip to Boston this past summer, i was going down for a wedding, so, 5 days, 1500 miles, 2 shore birds ( i tol you i hit alot of animals) and no problems, i even took one of those bird in the windshield, the car ran like a top all the way there and back. So, if you are from the Oshawa area give me a ring, my email and MSN are Call_to_Arms84@Hotmail.com.
