I feel extremely stupid for this but what does RD mean anyway...lol and Turbulence?...along with Tuscani? lol...sorry for my ignorance.

 

RD is the chassis code. roughly translated it stands for "Riders Delight."
Turbulence is simply the 2nd gen Tiburon in Korea
~~> only the 1st gens are called "Tiburon" over there
Tuscani is just the 3rd gen Korean Tiburon
