Not too bad...
DONT LIKE
Green decal
rims (im more partial to VERY thin 5 spokes. or thin 6-8 spokes)
Spoiler- a tib over here has that and i just dont like it lol nothin else to it
Body Kit- to me that kit looks like its flappin in the wind. people on here call that the Cow Catcher Get the Club GTR kit on importshark.com or the ixion kit.

I do like the green interior and the green accents on the outside... just not THAT decal. mayb a different type though.

Keep up the good work and get started on that engine

Welcome to the site.

Lots of work put into your car so far, unfortunately, you didn't use your powers for good.

LOL

Wow. I'm not diggin on you my man, but you remind me of another 17 year old that showed up here with a green interior awhile back.

Everyone knows who I'm talking about.

What do I like on your car?

1. It's a RD2.

2. It's a Manual transmission.

3. It's a Tiburon.

What don't I like on your car?

1. Decals. Actually, all of the vinyl on your car.

2. Bodykit. That is the most horrid bodykit made for the RD2, right next to the 4 eyed GT bodykit. A lot of you new guys like that kit, but it's so friggin ugly. Looks like an elantra got buttf***ed by a F16.

3. Crushed Velvet?!?!??!!!?!?!??

4. Chrome rims. Ugh. Don't bother working on the engine till you lose some of the weight you've added to the car.

5. 4 inch muffler? On a STOCK car?

6. Neon tubes in the VISORS???? Wait a sec, NEONS?!?!?

7. EL wire? Brother, take some time, do some searching here, and see what can be done with some STYLE to these cars. Rice is in the eyes of the beholder, but good lord man, don't give us a bad name.

8. LED wiper nozzles. Enough said.

9. The spoiler. Ouch. It definatly matches the kit.

10. PS2. Ouch. Should have gone retro or for something newer or rare.

11. Bomz seats. Those will be falling apart shortly my man. Most of their stuff is VERY cheaply made, and fade QUICKLY. As for the 4 pt harnesses, where did you mount them to? Why did you get a 4 pt harness when your car is still completely stock performance wise?

12. Strobes. Are you going to be a police low speed persuit car?

Don't take it wrong, it's great that you are working on your car, and even better that you've done most of it yourself as you say, but seriously consider revising some of the stuff you've done. There is a fine point that most folks try to run of style AND performance, you should try to move to that point, as of right now, it looks like you worked on your car after a trillogy of Fast & Furious movies, and that's FAR from a good thing.

Keep this in mind too, my favorite color is green.

I'd do this.

1. Get some new interior parts and start over, with a different shade of green, preferably not from an easter egg coloring kit. You have a black car, how about a DARK green. Go look up the Duplicolor Metalcast Green color, it would be fantastic.

2. Pull off all of the vinyl and maybe do something small, that shows the lines of the car and catches the eye, but not in the "I want to stab my eyes out with my cellphone antenna" way.

3. The seats. Replace them with the OEM ones and sell yours on ebay to some poor sap. Get some GOOD looking seats from Phorq's website, they are decent priced, and look GREAT> No green I think, but you can find another good match.

4. The body. Good lord brother. Ditch the front bumper ASAP and get something that is a bit more unique, or at least looks good. Non OEM doesn't automaticly = better. Ditch the wing and get a Type R Wild wing, or something a bit less... Well. Less than what you have now. LOL

5. Performance. Start doing some of the simple mods you see on the site, and pace your performance mods with your visual ones. Sell the rims like was suggested for the seats, and replace them with something that is LIGHT. This is one of the best modifications you can do man. A rim should weigh about 1 pound for each inch. I'm driving on some 16 inch rims that weigh 13.5 pounds. Go for the good stuff man. Take off that huge muffler or muffler tip and worry about matching up the right parts for where you want to go.

Your enthusiastic attitude is GOOD, and we want you to be here, just slow down a bit, it's a marathon, not a sprint.

Wow, does everyone have to point out what they don't like??? Sure, green may not be in your tastes, and the body kit may not be the best looking in your mind, but that doesn't mean some people don't like it!!!
Instead of ripping this guy up for joining us, maybe a few props are in order for a lot of time and money and sweat put into his Tiburon? Maybe you think his effort could have gone in different places, but that was his choice, and in my mind, a lot of effort like this deserves a few congrats. Maybe later on down the road, you can help him change a few things more towards other people's likings. Maybe.
I was just surprised how many people were so willing to take this guy behind the woodshed and give him a licking about his car, compared to the number there were to welcome him to the site and make him feel at home. Don't know about you, but if I had a welcome like this, I might not return.
Anyway, enough is enough, I think you get the point.

P.S not so much inteior paint. Why would to change the BLACK interior on your BLACK car to bright ass green??

IDK but grab some new interior and start agin, maybe you could just paint interior to be a glossy black if u want it to stand out

Well, if you don't have a thick enough hide to take constructive criticism here, you probably shouldn't be here right? This is MILD criticism for the internet bro, it gets MUCH worse. Look up the other car I was talking about. Anyone posting ANY pictures on this site needs to be ready for some comments. It's even in the site rules.

Why do you keep putting SE after all of your posts? We know who you are. Strikeeagle. It says it on EVERY THREAD YOU POST IN ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE. Please stop.

Dude this guys car looks NOTHING like his lol. This car has about as much paint as everyone else. ECCustoms or whatever he is on here now, his car looked like a clown took a sh*t in it. this guy isnt tryin to spray his dash and gettin it on his windshield. i love that color green on the interior. as far as outside id say just do the calipers and leave the rest black to give it more of a clean look.

we all got different tastes on here man but what youve done looks great, quality wise. we may not all agree on the kind of parts but at least youve done it professionally, or looks to be that way lol. Keep it up.

welcome to tha site.

i am glad you have done all the work yourself, and it looks like great work, just not my cup of tea.

i am guessing its a knockoff veilside kit, most out there today are knockoffs. so its cheap as hell. thats why most new tiburon owners get it. same with the spoiler.. its a cheap alternative to something better.

i would have went with a diff. spoiler, stock or Type R. woulda went with ALOT less rice, and went with diff. rims, and diff. kit. but then again my style is ALOT different. I am into the show scene and all, but more of the subtle look than the EXTREME. my front bumper doesnt look over the top, but is noticable and has somewhat a purpose. my sides are subtle, but a lil aggressive. my rear pods go onto stock bumper, but flow and lower the profile of the car. and my spoiler, well roxors, and its rare as hell, lol.

i dont like contrasting colors like that. see how mine is more of a stealthy, 'easy on the eyes' look.

yours would be def. awesome if you wanna win awards at car shows, its right up the judges alley.

im not a fan of rice, AT ALL.

heres my suggestions: (if that car was mine)

1. i like the sides and rear bumper, so id say change the front to something like mine, IXION, turbo zefiro, or alike.

2. get rid of the rice (neons, window washer lights, etc.

3. change the color scheme a bit. to maybe a darker green, or dark metallic green, and have more subtle, instead of such bold accents.

4. get some different rims, if your interested in performance, otherwise, they arent a bad choice, but like another member said, i am also partial to thinner spokes.

5. well im biased.. but BOOOSSST.. lol

keep up the enthusiasm and the good work on the car..
