Wow the majority of your questions could have been answear by searching smile.gif but i do have one question for you what was your other car. It's normal not to have power locks, they didn't come with any. Get yourself a AEM cold intake for your first mod. Hubcaps? Well that's not stock I think they all came stock with some form of alloy rim..

Yup, my car has power windows but not locks. Was the frame of the car damaged? If so then dont buy it. Also Im curious what your old car was as well.

You can get a remote power door lock from JC Whitney or any number of other places for around $60 to $80. As far as hubcaps, the base Tib had steel wheels and covers held in place with the lugs. There are also a few places that sell a shark type spoiler (without the center stand) but be aware that they will not match up the the existing mounting holes, and I believe that also goes for the true Hyundai shark spoiler.

If repaired correctly it shouldn't make any difference in whether or not its a good vehicle. The trouble is finding a decently repaired car. Make sure you go over the car thoroughly to see exactly where it was repaired and find all the little dings. You can make people drop the price down if you find enough of them. Test drive it to see if it pulls one way or the other and has even tire wear.

Take it for a drive and check the whole car out thoroughly(look for fluid leaks). If you are not too knowledgable about cars, take it to a reputable mechanic that can check it out for you.
