Z3 Trunk light mod

Yo Red,

I remember reading your DIY on this, but I cannot find it anymore. Does anyone have a link, or some pics or something? I was TRYING to work in my trunk the other and realized that there is hardly any light back there.

So Red, did it really brighten the trunk up??

Heh heh...

Actually, I think it was lost when the forums switched over. As for brightening up your trunk, it was VERY bright, I used blue 4LED 194's in them, and it looks way nice. The bulbs that came with it weren't really good. Easy mod.

If you want me to re write the DIY, I'll be glad to, it may take a bit though ok? Just let me know. It looks OEM.

I'm gonna look for it a bit...

red--i have this cute little panel vent thingy in my trunk on the side that's about 4 inches high and 6 inches wide--can any1 say PIAA foglight?? :D i'm am soooo gonna outshine u tongue.gif

but i'll probably have to run a wire from the battery w/an inline fuse, but thankfully i can just ground it to the other trunk light and it would work well that way.
