I am able to get a really good deal on these through a friend who works at Best Buy. I know Alpine and Infinity are really good companies but does anybody about these certain ones. In another month or two I will add an amp and sub.
Headunit:
Alpine - 45W x 4 Apple iPod/Satellite Radio/HD Radio-Ready Deck (model number: iDA-X200)

Speakers:
Infinity - 6" x 9" 3-Way Car Speakers with Plus One Cones (model: REF9623I)

Infinity - 6-1/2" 2-Way Car Speakers with Plus One Cones (model: REF6022I)

The deck is pretty low powered (16w RMS per channel) even among typical decks. I would avoid that particular deck for that reason unless you're going to run the full range speakers off of an amplifier. Alpines are pretty much all nice and good quality, but that power output is weak and combined with a max output of 45w RMS that means you'll get distortion way before you would with a deck that's RMS is closer to half it's max wattage. With the RMS at 1/3 the max you're probably losing part of the range early so say your highs will still sound fine for a while after your lows are distorting like crazy.

IMO avoid that deck unless you're running your speakers off of an amp. If so, go ahead. The signal should be nice and clean.

I have that headunit, and like 187 said it sounded pretty crappy until you got an amp set up. I really like how simple it is to use, and how it doesn't have a CD player in it, so I got a 16 gig flash drive hooked up, its pretty nice how it orders it all by artist and everything. Only thing I don't like about it is how it takes it quite awhile to 'bank' all the music every time the car is turned on, but it isn't that big of a deal since it's searching through all that music.
