SR Whiteface Guages
Thanks for the response, and the offer. I'm going to order a plethora of LEDs on ebay, and probably one more order from SBLEDs too. I have lots of experience installing alarms and sound systems, so this shouldn't be too difficult, just tedious.
I guess I'll just get red in low MCD so it balances with the WLED-5 bulbs. Interestingly, the WLED-5 in white is 200mcd brighter than the blue for both the front and side bulbs. Before I start stringing a bunch of single LEDs I'm going to try a few of those in white and see how it looks. But if all I have now is essentially a few 1800mcd flux LEDs and a bunch of 800mcd ones on the sides, I don't want to go much brighter. I have my cluster at about 40% of brightness for night driving. Max setting is too bright to drive. smile.gif
Also, I did find a dim spot, and now that I look, it's in the photo too, from 105-115mph. 02.gif Ah well. I wish I wasn't so anal about little details, now I'll have to fix it.

not to piss you off, but looks like there is one down around 150 too.
i know how you feel though, im the same way.
i may have to look into those new Wled5 bulb. man would that save me A BUNCH of soldering.
oh yeah, when you put in the red leds, and i know you prolly know this, but make sure you dont drill through the circuits on the printed ciruit board. wink1.gif
