Long lasting air fresheners
Im looking for a long lasting air freshener. The trees dont last long and the little clips that you in your vents dont either. Anybody know of any that last longer than a few days? What have you guys used that you liked?

I don't think you'll have much luck with that one. If you're not trying to cover up a bad odor, you can generally get away with the milder solutions that you just listed.
I have heard of people using pot pourri underneath their passenger seat, but that sh*t STANKS imo. |
Febreeze makes a house air freshener that works pretty good in the car, my wife loves the one in her car. I found it a little strong and took it out of mine. They look like this:

Just use Febreeze

Just use a car where nobody ever smoked or puked or left trash in it? :dunno:

Be careful with the type of air freshener as i used a household one under the seat and it affected the tint.

Cotton balls soaked in vanilla extract work wonders, but not everyone likes that scent.
I commonly use my spray deoderant as an air freshener, since the can is always in the car. Another option is to use dryer sheets if you can find a scent you prefer. There's also those "scented oil plug in" refils, just dump one out on a towel and stuff under the seat. They can be quite overpowering though. The vents under the front seats are an ideal place to put those "clip-in" vent fresheners, just pull the seats all the way forward and clip them in. |
I would read isntructions before picking an air freshener because some will actually seperate dash paint from the base

i use Air Spencer fresheners. Japanese brand sold here in the Philippines.
