I spent all day deadening the doors on my Tib and it sounds like it was all for nothing! The mid-bass sounds the same. As in, there's no mid-bass at all. I felt like I wasted all day and my money on this project. Products used were DEI Boom Mats and Spray. Thoughts?

Sealing the door so it's more like a speaker box will do alot too. The 30 watt speakers that come stock might not sound much different but play some music with the plastic sheet pulled back, then seal up the door and you WILL hear a difference. If it's the stock radio, there's probably not much adjustment for equilizer

you don't want doors totally sealed; the windows are a water entry point and you want that able to leak out again!
For what it's worth, I added an amp to my stock front speakers ages ago, and the added power was enough improvement that i didn't feel the need to upgrade the speakers.
