Does anyone know if its possible to put a resistor inline after a passive cross over for a tweeter? Tweeters are a little too much. Will be making front stage active this week. Just wanna see if I can do this until then to try and get it better in the mean time.

 

You are making needless work for yourself. If you are going to have an active setup later, just dial the treble back with the head unit until then.
