Default Car theft in under 15 seconds

So much for alarms and kill switches. This tow truck driver was in and out in 15 seconds.

It's called a repo. Probably just grabbed the wrong car.

Maybe you've been in the dark about all the tow trucks stealing vehicles, and when confronted, they claim they're repo'ing the car. This IS the new way to steal vehicles.

There was a tow company here last year that got busted for doing that. They stole cars like in the OP's vid and when confronted by the police, they stated that they were repoing. They werent able to produce any paperwork from the banks so the owner was arrested and the company was shut down. In a matter of 2 or 3 weeks, they had stolen over 40 cars and were chopping them up for parts.

The police finally arrested one here that was doing it as well. It took getting caught in the act by the owner for him to be caught. Because they have a tow truck, they can do it in broad daylight and no one suspects a thing.

I don't understand why they do that anymore when lots of cars have GPS now, I have it on my car plus I have a cellular radio that calls my phone.
