Bros Gauge Faces
I just received my new gauge faces from k-spec and wanted to know if there is anything to be careful of when doing the change. It doesn't look to hard and I can follow the pics in the instructions, but I can't read Hangul so I just wanted any info that might help from those of you that have done it b4.

leave the plastic piece covering the faces off at first. you wanna drive around and make certain that your needles are accurate. you don't wanna put everything together, get on the road and find out the needles aren't right.
don't push on the needles too hard when re-applying. |
are you gonna cut up the stock faces like it says?
heres a thread with info. on how to calibrate needles if you even do take them off. |

What info were you talking about confused.gif |

Yeah, that's correct, when I got mine, I got mine LONG time ago from Rick and there were no instructions, so I didn't cut the OEM faces, and just took them off and applied the BROS ones, so I had to re-cal the needles, but no biggie. I had access to a scan tool and hoist, so we just hoisted up the front end to calibrate the speedo needle and rpms Fill your gas to full so you can just put the needle on "FULL" and run your car for a good half hour so you can put your temp needle in the middle so it's at "operating" temp. |

Yup everything's been answered. But when I replaced my gauges I removed the stock ones completely. Post pics when you have them installed.
