ok...so does anyone know exactly what i have to do to make the indiglo gauges fit the 97 tib? do i have to cut the needle from the stock placement and glue it to the guages or does the needle just pop off or what?

it is the speedo rest pin that is off as are some of the idot light locations aren't quite 100%, but you'll only notice them if they are lit up.

You can just yank the speedo needle rest pin, and glue it onto the indigo's and you will be fine. You will need someone with an OBD-ii dataloger to set the needles on your speedo and tacho, unless you have another method.
