The only problem with that: Hyundai uses whatever color they feel like sometimes. For most cars, for a general guideline:
Big, red, always has +12V: 12V power source
Yellow/Orange, has 12V when the key is on: auxiliary (switched) 12V
Black, 0 ohms to a metal part on the chassis: ground
Blue: possibly antenna/remote wire
A pair of wires the same color, with one or both wires having a stripe of some kind: probably speaker wires. Touch the terminals of a 9V battery across them and the appropriate speaker will click loudly

REDZ, there is a diagram, but apparently the 2000 is significantly different from the 2001 as far as wire colors go.
As it turns out that listing isn't quite correct... at least for my 2000 tiburon.

Got everything working nicely now.
Only wish I had a stock single-din instead of this double-din + metra thing...
