WTF!?!?!!1??!?!/1?!?!

So, for the first time since my little accident a couple weeks ago, I had to use my windshield wipers because it was raining. They worked fine, however it was what happened after that startled me.

I pulled into my driveway and they started moving! And I didn't even do anything.... then the next day, my dad had to use my car to get to work and he said the entire drive they were going and he couldn't get them to turn off! So today, I had to use it to get to work, so I took out the fuse so they wouldn't go... as I'm driving over the bridge I notice the SPEEDOMETER STOPED WORKING AND THE ODOMETER!!!!!!!!11!1!!1! I was like WTF!?!?!??! WHY THE HELL WOULD HYUNDAI LET POWER TO GET TO THE SPEEDO AND ODO *AND* THE FRIGGIN WINDSHIELD WIPERS!?!?!?!? ARE THEY STUPID!!!

So yea, that's my gripe. Anyone know how I could go about fixing that?

stock wiperswitch... when my delay wipers went bad, I thought it was the switch.. so I replaced it. It was not the switch, so it is good and collecting dust.

This is the entire switch.. from where it mounts in the steering column all the way out to the washer button on the end. Also includes the cruise control buttons.

check wiper's relay
and also check wiring, maybe there is a short-cut, that turns on the wipers.

Mine was the time delay relay.. it is a metal box in the centre console below the radio. It sits on it's side on the driver's side of the console.
