i wanna go to half size radiator for sake of room, and i read that this is dual core half size will this be sufficient?

That should work. You'll have to make custom mounts for it. Too bad there's no shroud on that fan though.

thanks that works out great

Post pictures, I'd like to see that in action.

looks like the bottom outlet is on the wrong side?..as my aluminum rad was..It was capped and rewelded to the opposite corner to fit the oem hose.

A REALLY good parts house will have a catalog of hoses and maybe a few samples, and there are some aftermarket hoses which are flexible to a degree, so the stock outlet/inlet locations need not be a deciding factor in radiator selection.

if i was yout i would go to a fab shop and do exactly what regit said about the bottom outlet on the wrong side. javageek had his redone by tim and i think it ran him 50 bucks with shipping which is crazy.

a fab shop shouldn't charge you more than one hour shop time to complete that task. once you do, you will have more room between the bottom return rad hose and the header.

I think optimo had the same problem and melted his if i remember right.
