The XD/GT cam...Will they fit in an RD2 with a 2.0?

http://www.kspec.com/list.php?ac_id=80&ai_id=717

But the big question is would I get more power out of the cams or one of these?

Intake Cam Sporket

Exhaust Cam Sproket

Underdrive Pullys

Wandering wich one would give me more bang for my buck....Well not so much the buck but the most bang!!

the xd cm has been proven to cause increase wear on your motor being that its going from a shimmed head into a hyraulic head

get the 1.8 cam its the same price

The answer on all of them is yes.

Faith is right though, you should stick with the 1.8L Cam though.

The sprocket and adjustable pulley are much lighter than the stock ones, so there will be some gains, but the adjustment part is more for boost.

Ok found it.
So do you guys think $100 is worth 2-5 WHP or will you sometimes get more than that? or should I just risk it and go for the XD or are they just WAY to hard on the engine....Or would a combo of pullys do more for me.

Or for around $150 what is the best upgrade I can get?

Oh, it's worth it. You'll find later that you will pay more for small gains.
