First off, the only place I would trust a P&P job is HVE.
Second off, I do NOT RECCOMEND THIS. When you consider the cost and the benefit, this should be one of the LAST MODS you do.
There are so many other places to make cheap HP, that a P&P job should be at the bottom of your list.

What mods would you suggest first random? I have nology hot wires, unorthodox underdrive pulley, soon to have a cold air intake, cat back exhaust with no cat ( whether or not this made a difference by eliminating the cat ????? but I thought I would try and I know it's illegal. But take it from there where should I go next. Thanks Random and anyone else that helps out
I'm sure Random will post, and will have a very similar list to this one. That's because this list is coming from a string in the old forum on the same topic.
1) Cold Air Intake
2) Big Bore Throttle Body
3) Bored Intake Manifold
4) Exhaust Header
5) Cat-back
6) Cams
7) Porting & Polishing, in preparation for
8) Nitrous / Turbocharging / Supercharging
The biggest bottleneck of the Beta engines is the air intake...that's the easiest fix to gain pony.
See Ran? I *do* pay attention sometimes.

Ok I have 2 of the mods.(cat back and soon to come cold air intake) Here are my questions where can I get my intake manifold done, and where can I get cams and like you said if the manifold is the biggest stop of pony power I really want to get it done. Please let me know. Oh and beside breaking the law what if any gain did I get by removing my cat it seems to have more power.

Removing the cat will gain about 2 HP at the wheels. To put it simply, untill you go forced induction or WILD MODZ, your not flowing enough exhaust gasses to NEED the cat removed. It's not worth breaking the law for 2 HP.
Go with the list Iago put up.
You can get your TB and IM bored out by OnPol of the Fxtreme Forum, or your local speed shop should know of a machine shop that might be able to do the work for you.
One of the other things not on that list (sort of is), is port matching. That is the matching the intake ports to the intake manifold and the exhaust ports to the headers you have. To be done right, the head needs to be removed from the block, so it usually is done at the same time as the port and polish.
I would also reccomend NGK V-Copper spark plugs. Copper is a better conductor than platinum, and a much better conductor than the resistor plugs nology sells with their wires.
I would also reccomend an Apex-i S-AFC for tuning your fuel delivery after the headers and BTB, BIM and cams. Either that or an aftermarket engine mangment computer.

The Stock TB can only be bored to 58mm. The IM should be ported to 59MM, and the gasket between the two should be cut to 58MM.
The intake manifold should also be port matched as long as it is off. They do this with the gasket between the IM and the Head. That way your head is reading for Port matching later on down the road.
I'll throw up some photos to show you what a port matched IM looks like compared to a Stock IM later tonight. It's a big difference. About 50% gain in opening size.
