Heya mang.
It depends on where you are going with your car mang.
RSide BBTB PROS = BIG, Chromed, supports cruise control, adjustable rings to move it from 59 to 61 MM, high quality parts. Perfect for low to mid end N/A and FI.
Cons = Cruise control slot opening isn't shaped properly, chrome can have issues in the heat and after engine cleaning, and RSide is out of business. Finding one could be hard.
Tigerlilly 65MM Pros = Huge opening, very high quality, looks OEM, about as big as you'll ever need for any application, biggest available right now with the airram. Perfect for high end N/A and FI.
Cons = OEM looks (LOL), no cruise pulley (you can get a spare TB rotor/pully from the guys in Korea though), COULD be too big for NA purposes, but no complaints from anyone yet.
SR BBTB PROS = Can get in several sizes.
Cons = System GTR isn't known for quality (I've tried to get Kspec.com to carry them for years now but they refuse because they consider them low quality parts), WAY OVERPRICED for the quality level, no cruise, and buying from Shark Racing.com . Note that they don't even mention the MFR of it, they just call it the SR BBTB.

Not trying to hijack, but...

Elaborate? How is the slot not shaped properly? And what happens to the chrome after your spray your engine (with just water it messes up? Or CD2 does it????) Never heard of either of these issues but I was debating whether to get the RSide 61 or the Tiger 65 myself..

have we confirmed this works yet? I did it on my GTR but the shaft was very small and it was a realllly tight squeeze to fit that extra pulley on there, I've never seen a tigerlily so I don't know
??

It's not shaped properly. In korea, they don't have cruise control. So, when making these pulleys they made them with 2 slots for other countries. Well, our cruise control cable doesn't have the same piece on the end as the throttle cable, but the 2 slots they put on the pulley are for the throttle cable style. it works, just takes a bit of effort. I posted about it, with pics, in my old DIY for the BBTB.
As for the chrome, I don't know. Could just be time + heat, but the chrome on my old one was a bit bubbled after some time and chipped a bit. No biggie though.
Get the Tigerlilly.

I'm sorry your shaft is small.

Yes, as long as the pulley is on there and you have the same orientation for the cable, it works fine.

Take off your Cruise stuff and sell it here.
