OKay, so my car accelerates fine. I noticed this yesterday and today on the highway. I wasn't stepping on the throttle, but I'd press on the gas until the revs were +/- 3k RPMs. After a couple seconds, the revs would drop back down to around 2k RPMs or so and then I'd have to step on the throttle again. I heard that this could be a problem with the CAI, or the TPS. Any ideas?

tps most likely, with idle components also maybe causing it.

I remeber my tibby was doing the same exact thing back when I first bought it, I bought a new TPS and sprayed throttle body cleaner on the IAC. Worked fine ever since.

IAC=intake air control unit. Look at your elbow, there is a hose that connects to it and runs behind your intake manifold to the IAC. spray that hose with carb cleaner...

But first, check to see you have your IAT in your cold air intake.

IAT=intake air temperature sensor, it plugs into that hole in your CAI. If you an AEM it shoudl be below where the decal is placed on the intake. Make sure it is in and secure.

yeah just replace it. they are not that expensive.

and Pat is right with the IAT I had to put mine in the correct spot after the person before me placed it in the pipe closest to the throttle body. It was sensing warmer air thus causing some running issues.
