Too Good To Be True.
it's probably either going to be one of these: exhaust leak somewhere, your high flow cat not meeting the "minimum" standards of a normal cat (causing the rear o2 sensor wave form to match the front as if your cat was deteriorated), or the o2 sensor failed (which if the wiring aint f'ed up is possible but not very likely). i would definately start with making sure you dont have any leaks, like the o2 sensor being fully tightened down, and making sure that all bolts are secure, and while you're under there check that wiring to make sure that it isn't chaffed or broken as you mentioned. then take a good drive and see if it comes back and go from there. if it does come back, and you have to get that emissions test done, what i would do is right before you go in to get the test done, i would clear the code and let them do their test, you should pass. good luck!

I had the same sh:t after i extended my o2 sensor j. low bank, it means your second o2 isn't wired right or is getting low power. i had mine rewired and no codes.

REDZ I will try and look at your wire up job tomorrow. After we go look at the car. Worst case scenario I will do all that stuff up nice for you, like I did under the dash of green car.

Sounds good.
It was wired right, as I've had no problems for 3 months now, but I'm pretty sure it's bumping against the exhaust tunnel so it's probably broken or worn through now.
I have no idea how I'm going to fix this. I can't find a low profile O2 sensor anywhere.

did you get that bosch or is it the stock sensor? i was going to use stock but stupid me left it at meineke so i got the bosch and no code after my mechanic rewired it. there would be no sense in getting a new sensor, just keep messing with the wiring. i'm sorry but i have no idea how my guy knew how to wire it. i suppose with a voltage testor or so but you have to have your car running for 20 mins before it reads.

Figuring out how to wire it isn't the issue, it's the LENGTH OF THE SENSOR. Hence why I need a LOW PROFILE ONE.

you need a low profile sensor because of room? why would is rub? there's more room for a sensor up there than there is where i have mine. where is the o2 attached, straight to the cat or a bung in the pipe?
i had imine wired for about 8 months now and just came back from florida, no codes but the high voltage reading. if i were you i'd go over it one or two more times. that's what i did with my evap cannister like 50 times and finally got it working like a charm!

I love ya man, but you just don't listen or read.
1. Yes.
2. Why would is rub? Because is close to exhaust tunnel. It's an aftermarket high flow cat, with o2 bung, that they installed STRAIGHT, so it's close to the tunnel.
3. As I said above and previously, it's in the cat.
No worries folks, the CEL went away on it's own on Friday when the wife drove it home. I'll keep an eye on it.
