How exactly do you tighten the balljoint nut?
I bough a replacement lower arm and it comes with a locknut, but there is no where to grasp the balljoint the prevent it from spinning. The sb endlinks have a hex near the boot to hold onto to keep the lug from spinning and some balljoints I have worked with like this at least have an allen key to hold the lug still, this has neither.
It's the only thing preventing me from getting this portion of the job finished and finally getting my tib mobile.

I thought so too, but I've been searching since last night and I either get sights trying to sell me a ball joint or people claiming there is an allen key to thiers.
I tried the jack trick, but either I'm not doing it right, or mines just a b*tch intent on pissing me off.

When you jack it up you need to put alot of weight on it, almost lifting up that corner of the car then you should be able to tighten the nut.
Make sure it is not being cross threaded.
