Default Sunroof randomly started leaking

My sunroof has randomly sprung a leak. It closes all the way but a little water is still coming in. Could it be the seals? I inspected them and they look ok with no holes in them. Could they still cause water to come through even if they appear to be in good condition?

sunroofs all leak eventually. The seals fail. Then the drains either show they are clogged or not. Try a skim coat of silicone lubricant around the seal. NOT silicone sealer, unless you just don't ever open the roof - in which case silicone sealer will solve your problem for a few years.

The gutters/drainage system is clogged with grease or debris.
