Default Satellite radio

Getting sick of cds and I hate the radio. So Im looking into satellite (sirius) radio. Those that have it, is it worth the monthly fee and do you ever have problems with the signal? If I get a head unit that has it built in, do I have to add anything else to the car, like transmitters or little boxes or anything?

Mine needed a box. It sort of annoys me that you get commercials AND pay for it. However, I love having my music reguarless of where I am driving. The only annoying signal problem is if your sitting still near a building and some overpasses it will cut out. Other than that it is awesome. I would recommend it.

I don't have any commercials on my Sirius. I also don't pay any monthly fees. I bought a lifetime subscription.
