Just for reference purposes, the seatbelt recall for 2001 Tiburon's is good for 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001's up to the manufacturing date of Aug 28/2000.

My 2001 Tiburon was built in Oct 28/2000 so the recall doesn't apply.

I don't believe so. This is from 2005 and probably outdated, and the document was hosted on another website at the time.
