Radiator help

I have been running the Koyo radiator on my tib for a couple of years now, but it has developed holes and cracks and is worth more to the scrapman then it would be to repair it.

Looking at a replacement and I am unsure on whether to go for:
<object width="355" height="300"><param name="movie" value="http://togo.ebay.com/togo/togo.swf?2008013100" /><param name="flashvars" value="base=http://togo.ebay.com/togo/&lang=en-us&mode=normal&itemid=180528347438&query=unlocked% 20iphone%203g&campid=5336025580" /><embed src="http://togo.ebay.com/togo/togo.swf?2008013100" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="355" height="300" flashvars="base=http://togo.ebay.com/togo/&lang=en-us&mode=normal&itemid=180528347438&query=unlocked% 20iphone%203g&campid=5336025580"></embed></object> which would mean a very tight squeeze with my boost pipe (about 15mm too wide i think)

or
<object width="355" height="300"><param name="movie" value="http://togo.ebay.com/togo/togo.swf?2008013100" /><param name="flashvars" value="base=http://togo.ebay.com/togo/&lang=en-us&mode=normal&itemid=160385916348&query=unlocked% 20iphone%203g&campid=5336025580" /><embed src="http://togo.ebay.com/togo/togo.swf?2008013100" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="355" height="300" flashvars="base=http://togo.ebay.com/togo/&lang=en-us&mode=normal&itemid=160385916348&query=unlocked% 20iphone%203g&campid=5336025580"></embed></object> which is alot thinner.

Would the thickness matter all that much? My thinking is just that with it being thinner the water will cool down more.

Anybody care to shed any light? I can see the Evo rad being an arse to fit but will the S2000 rad hold enough?

Could also try a honda half core.

Why are you running an aftermarket radiator in the first place?

Changed to the Koyo when i turbo'd it to aid cooling.

Im favouring more towards the S2000 one at the minute, wide enough to get enough airflow through it and thin enough to fit 2 fans to it.

Were you having cooling problems? Hardly anyone else with a turbo needed to switch. I don't and I see 100 degree days regularly.

Chap the Evo radiator is approximately 2in thick. It didn't look like it would work at first, but I took measuring tape and did it. I had to cut and trim my FAL fans though, but hoorah.

I see it might be a prob with the turbo. Hyundai makes all aluminum radiators (without plastic). Thickness won't make a difference with all the heat a turbo i4 make. I tried the Evo, thought it wouldn't work but I kept it for a few years until I decided "I'm going to make the possible happen" haha.

Best of luck to you.
