Yesturday night when i left my friends house i noticed my corner lights and rear tail lights would not shut off when i put up my e-brake or turned off the car and turned the switch to shut them off. I finally got them to turn off when i got home but then today when i took the car out i turned the swtich to turn the dash lights and corner lights on and they came on but as soon as i turned on my fog lights the lights all shut off and have not came back on since!
My front headlights and highbeams both work but my interior dash lights and corners, rear lights do not turn on when i turn the switch and when the e-brake is down.
Is there anyone who has had this problem before or can help me mayb?

Thanks

it's the fuse in the engine bay. check that and your problems will be solved.

are they aftermarket fog lights or are you talking about the marker lights?

The lights don't go off when you pull the e-brake and turn the car off. They turn off when you turn them off. Only the headlights go off when you turn the car off.

i checked all the ones in the bay and they look ok, but there is one cracked green one but it doesnt look broken. Do you know what fuse it might be?
On my tiburon/elantra's if the car is running and the e-brake is up no lights will be on unless you turn them on. If i put the e-brake down it turns on my daytime running lights and corner lights. Thnx ffor the help dtn!

Look at the fuse box cover dude, it's got all the fuses listed on it.

I've had fuses be bad and not be broken in the center. Pull it out and look at it, or swap it with a spare to double check.

Did you replace any bulbs recently?

ya i checked all the fuses and they seem to be ok, do you guys think mayb a relay i believe thats what the lil black ones are? I had put in new fog light bubls bout 2 weeks ago and hids about 3 weeks ago and they were fine! I also noticed that everytime i turn the switch to turn them on there is a clicking sound comming from under the hood. Im going to check the fuses again.

its going to be your relay for sure thats was the problem on mine, at first i thought it was the switch it self but turned out to be the relay in the fuse box once that is changed everything will work fine your probably gonna have to go to the dealer ship for the relay cause autozone dnt carry it, the relay ran me $12 hope this helps you out

hey guys i finally fixed the problem. First i tried changing all the fuses inside the car and in the engine bay, but it didnt work. So then i went by hyundai and picked up a few relays they were $25.00 each and i started switchin a few just so i could pin point which one was out. Finally i got it! It was the relay tail 1 & tail 2 were both out. So i switched them and my lights starting working again. I dont know how they could both go at the same time but who knows? lol It amazing how like, everything is connected to those relays to make everything work.

Thnx guys for the help! Greatly appreciated.
