installed performance headers and flexpipe
there is a half foot of space from trying to connect the end to the rest of the exhaust
any suggestions? i'm no exhaust expert.

What header did you install? Care to rephrase you post a little, maybe with a little more detail....

gurantee he got some knockoff performance headers from ebay...had the same issue when i did my headers...you going to have to take to exhaust shop and have them do it fing02.gif

you will have to have a muffler shop fab up a new section of pipe with the flexpipe to go back to your cat. only thing that can be done.

headers installed, exhaust system bolted and sectioned

they still make a hissing sound like spitting metal at high rpms ;[
