I used this page for help... Seafoam

I had Deep Creep which was in a pressurized can so I just sprayed it in, but if you get the can you can go by this (as posted by JH~Tibby):

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>The vacume line works well but......

1.) Pour the SeaFoam into a spray bottle.
2.) Take off your intake to expose your TB.
3.) Turn your car on and let idle to normal temp.
4.) Spray the TB with it closed, It should make a little puddle in the bottom of the TB.
5.) Suck in the small puddle by pushing the throttle open.
6.) Spray and open the intake at the same time to suck it in. (Spray Several times to get a large amount in.)
7.) If your spay bottle has a stream setting use that a couple times to get a heavy amount deep into the IM.
8.) Complete step 6 untill the bottle is empty.</div>

OK, its been smokin for like 30 min. now and i see a wet substance coming out of the tailpipe.... Water? Left over Seafoam? I dunno but it sounds like its got a bad case of the wet-farts.... Anyone else get this? Oh and the CEL came on for a few minutes... Is this normal?

Depending on how much junk you had in your TB, manifold, engine and exhaust, it can smoke a lot. Not to mention you're burning it in your fuel too. It might continue to smoke until your tank of gas is cleaned out.
I did deep creep on my intake manifold, and it smoked for about 5 minutes per treatment (did it twice), but when I did my dad's elantra, it didn't smoke at all. So it's completely different for various people.
I probably would have recommended Chevron Techron for the fuel instead, and leave the deep creep in the intake side.
Auto-RX is the best way to go for the crankcase. My mpg went up about 15% after using it!
Your CEL should clear after all the deep creep is through, it may be good to reset your ECU after it's all through.

To use the deep creep, it was in an aerosol can, and you simply take off your intake boot and spray it in towards the engine. Let it soak for a while, then start up your car, and it should smoke for a while.

^ like he said the CEL will clear up on its own in a while, or you can reset your ecu. I used the spray bottle method with a can of seafoam on my tib and it looked like its ass end was on fire the cloud was so thick. Cleared completely in about an hour, and the CEL went out 2 or 3 hours later.

When you put it in the crank, you're supposed to let the car idle for about 15 minutes, then shut it off, wait for it to cool, then change the oil. I hope that's what you did, and you haven't been drivin around with that stuff still mixed in your oil....

^^ Dosn't say anything about an oil change in the directions. it only lowers the viscosity.

I seafoamed my Jetta the other day.. I was a little skeptical at first as to using it.. but afterwards I gotta say that I am a believer.. the car DOES run and sound noticably better. I really recommend this stuff. I haven't ran it through the gas tank yet, but I ran it through the intake manifold inside a very large, enclosed semi truck garage (can fit 4-5 semis) and it smoked so bad that I could barely see a few feet in front of me! lol
