Alright for a while my car has been Pissin me off whenever I have to start her.

When I start the tib up she turns over and turns over, then finally she decides to fire but only on like a couple cylinders, Until you give it some gas then it'll run fine. Could It be my fuel pump going out?

Ye. If your fuel pump is bad, it may not get the fuel needed to start the car. Its either ignition or fuel related... a fuel pump is rather cheap so if you want to start there its not a bad idea.

I don't think it's your pump.

Try accelerating hard at 2nd gear, if it will rev up steady then your pump is probably ok.

It may be injector/spark plugs/plug wires/coils related problem.

Does it happens only on cold engine after long stay?

being an injected car, there is no fuel "in reserve" like in the bowl of a carb... hitting the gas and having the car even out would not happen.. it would cough and die from not enough fuel.

It could be dirty injectors, a bad throttle position sensor, worn out plugs and/or wires.

but when you start the car you don't touch throtle. You even can dicsonnect TPS and car will start like normal and you will have no CEL until you touch throtle. So I doubt it is TPS problem.

Fuel Filter.

My friends 1988 Prelude did the same thing... cured by a fresh fuel filter.

Only at start up it wont rev up steady it seem like its missing.

It might be my injectors, I have new NGK plugs and Wires(it happened before i had them also), could be my coil.

On New years day it didn't do it in the morning, It also starts up hard in my heated garage.

it's not your pump and it's not TPS.

have you checked engine compression?

probably you have dirty injectors (one may not spray gas and just pour it in the cylinder so it would be hard to fire).

Does your engine starts ok after you warmed up it (after you have driven it)?
Or do you have this problem only in the mornings or when you didn't start it for some long time (like a day+)
