well reading over my STREET TRUCKS MAG
i came upon something that might help click here now i know its expensive but look at the specs * Over 2200 CFM * Only 1 7/8" depth at center of fan * Easy to install, takes up minimum space * Pull only * Quiet operation not bad i think and that site has all kinds of thin fans for cheap plus they sell thermostat kits for the fans also |
WAAAY too expensive for a fan

That brings a question I wanted to ask for a while: why are you guys buying aftermarket fans in the first place? Is it because you don't have enough space? Is it because you think the stock fans doesn't flow enough? Is it because they're nicer?
About space... http://guuzu.com/agarwal/image/894/medium.jpg I still got free space for a bigger turbo. Currently running a .48/.60 T3. AFAIK, we don't know the CFM rating of the stock fans, do we? And as for the "nicenest", well... I guess that's a good reason smile.gif |
Yeah man WAY to expensive. But if you really need one go to your local Auto Zone and ask for an electric fan I got a 16' fan thats was only like 2' thick. For like 35 bucks.

When I was test fitting my turbo and manifold, there was no way in hell it would fit with the stock fans. Even with slim fans, it was a very tight space. And yes, those fans are insanely expensive. I got some beach front property in Arizona for anyone that buys those... |
