I didn't really know where to put this.. so I just stuck it in here.. hope that's fine.

I have a question for you all.. I have a '01 Tibby as some of you may know.. with about 50k miles.. rapidly approaching the 60k mark. In the mail recently, Hyundai Service has sent me a free 34 point inspection.. and you better believe I'm gonna have it done.. lol. This Friday I go in.. gotta be there at 9. That's besides the point though.. the question I want to ask is what all maintenance is required at 60k miles? I know the timing belt needs replaced.. but I didn't know if that was it. I can't check the car manual either because.. I don't have one lol. I need wheels aligned and stuff like that too but that's covered in the inspection.. I didn't see timing belt on there.. so if anyone could tell me what else I should tell them to check out I'd really appreciate it.. it's about an hour and a half drive for me to get there.. and I'd rather have them do it all this time then to have to drive all the way back lol.. thanks smile.gif

 

have them flush your coolant system and perform a tranny service. both of those are recommended every 30000 miles i believe

Anything else anyone can think up in the ways of general maintenance at 60k miles? Even a website with a few things would be greatly helpful.
