When I have almost empty fuel tank, low fuel level lamp is not ON.
When I took fuel pump assembly out of the tank lamp didn't shine also.
I checked the lamp by connecting 2 pins in the fuel pump harnes and lamp worked.
What to do? is it possible to change only Low fuel sensor?

Prolly something along the way back to the cluster. Could be anything. Rip your entire car apart and double check all the wiring. lmao.gif

Yeah so did mine. If I was low and I was getting on the highway it would fade in, then once on the highway, it would fade out.
But now, it stays on. I almost ran out of gas when tibby01 was doing my gauges and it's been on ever since. I have the exact opposite problem.

I checked wiring by connecting wires on fuel pump harness. Light come on.

It does fade in and out.
That is, until your tank gets so low that it stays steady and bright, that means you have about another 15-20 miles until you stall.
