I know some people don't like NewTiburon.com but there is a wealth of info over there, some supplied by me, and I'd still like to help those folks out. My problem is due to an um...disagreement with a former Moderator over there I was perma banned. I've tried reaching out to the site owners to have me reinstated but have gotten zero response.



Anyone on this forum know any Admins/Mods over there that can maybe help me get my account reactivated?

 

Seriously? Why the hell did they ban you? We could start a poll over there to reinstate you, get enough folks to vouch for ya. Needs to be people who are established in both places though to get it going. I'd start it, but I don't have a profile over there.

 

Why? You can still read the content right? Other than that, there really hasn't been anything added in years. All the big builds have been parted out. There's no one left in FI other than newbs looking for basic build info, and the rest of the forum is about stance and "help get my POS started".



I don't have any good contacts over there, but if a thread gets started, I'll vouche for you.

 

I'd like to post some stuff in the N/A section and help some others out. Don't really want to rehash it but lets just say Will51 was an A$$.

The old owner perma-banned me because I told him to take a hike when he wanted to buy HA. NT and HP lost their luster YEARS ago (HP especially, since it's nothing but spam and the occasional new topic once every 6-7 months). HP also perma-banned me because I had a link to HA in my signature and refused to remove it and the corporation (Autoguide nazi's) weren't too happy with me because I also turned them down to buy HA. lol Actually, isn't NT owned by Autoguide now too? So yeah, that probably explains why the OP is not getting any response.



If you can still get access to any of the content, I would port it over to here where it's guaranteed to always have a home and you dont have to worry about being banned for idiotic stuff. The only thing we ban here is the once in a great while spammer who makes it through the registration process.

I'm pretty sure HA would host your stuff as well as, or better than, NT but without the jerks jerking you around. Why would you NOT put your stuff here? If you've got your own pictures in articles, and you REALLY want to contribute to the knowledge base, bring it all over here.

 

I don't have a problem doing that but I like to help people out and there's quite a few people over there that NEED some sort of help before their engines turn to slag.. Also I like to troll the for sale adds over there and its a pain when I can't reply or message someone.
