I have the RD1 KDM headlights .. anyone know what the replacement low-beam bulb is?

anyone know? i thought i remembered jaws saying they were H3's...can't remember though. i don't think there's too many people with these headlights.

That is if those are the glass ones right?

 

Why don't you just take the bulb out and look at it? It will say right on it what type of bulb it is.

 

Yea, should say in the metal ring on the bottom. if it has a metal ring, its h1 or h7. h3 is just a wire. 9003 is a metal ring. Stock US is 9006 low (plastic). Hope that helps some. But it should be stamped on it, and if you go to like autozone, all the bulbs are noticeably different. You'll find it in a minute.

 

H1 for low and high beams.

Also... please dont buy ugly 'hyper white' bulbs for those glass headlights. Get HIDs... you can get some pretty cheap ones on ebay.

...it would be a shame to have such nice headlights with such inferior headlight bulbs.
