who put the gt cam in there tibs my friend has a 2001 tiburon and does not want to spend the $350 i did on my 240 deg cams. let me know if it is worth putting it in and if any one has the part number that would help thanks.

I'll give you GT cam part numbers if you tell me where you got your 240 cams.

The Hyundai part number is 24100-23550.

How did the whole transaction go start to finish with HDK? What did the cams do for your performance, and don't tell me to look at your sig. Also were any other mods needed to go with the cams.

 

thanks for the part number. hdk was alright it took a long time to get here like a month i think. the cams did all right about 10 to 12 whp mabye a little less before i had them i ran a 14.4@101 all moter.and a 13.6@107 with nitros and the best i have got now is 13.2@112. so they helped and i also bought the fuel pres regulater when i got the cams to be safe it ws like $220 or somthing like that you should buy them.

 

I put the "GT" cam (I'm assuming you're talking about the the latest 2.0 BETA cam) in 9 months ago and is doing fine. You will not get a lot of power out of it but you will feel a little difference in the upper rpm's. It's a good mod for the price
