I don't think it looks bad. The angle doesn't match the hatch exactly, but even that isn't too far off.

Man. This is exactly what I mean by combining parts from different generations. Might as well throw some 1950's Elvis Prestley Caddilac wings on there because doing that is no different. This is so stupid, embarrassing, tasteless, and looks so awful that I have nothing else to say.
